Clarawall Creator Wallpaper Upload & Publication Service Agreement
Before checking the box marked "I have read and agree to this Agreement", or performing any platform operations including uploading and publishing works, please read and fully understand all clauses herein with special attention to liability allocation between both parties, user right restrictions, dispute resolution and governing law provisions.
By checking the consent box, logging in and uploading or publishing works, you acknowledge full understanding and voluntarily accept all binding terms of this Agreement. If you disagree with any clause of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease using all creator services of the Platform.
"Works / Uploaded Works" as used herein refer to wallpapers, art illustrations, photographic images, original design drawings uploaded and publicly released by Creators via the Platform, together with all supporting materials contained therein, including without limitation graphic images, texts, portraits, fonts and decorative graphics. Creators warrant that they hold complete and lawful intellectual property rights to their Works.
After logging into their personal Creator accounts, Creators may independently upload wallpaper works and fill in supporting information such as work descriptions, categories and monetization modes. The Platform reserves the right to conduct content review for all uploaded works and textual information. Upon review approval, the Works and supporting materials will be publicly displayed on Clarawall.
The Creator hereby makes the following irrevocable representations and warranties to the Platform: the Creator holds independent, complete and dispute-free copyright in all uploaded Works; if the Works incorporate third-party materials, the Creator has obtained prior lawful, sufficient and permanent authorization from the right holders, and possesses full qualifications to enter into this Agreement, upload Works and grant usage rights to the Platform.
The Creator warrants that all uploaded Works, titles, category tags, descriptive texts and other content shall not contain any of the following prohibited materials:
Content violating laws and regulations of any country, endangering national security or disrupting social public stability;
Pornographic, violent, gambling or drug-related content, or content that instructs or incites illegal criminal acts;
Content infringing upon third parties’ legitimate civil rights including copyright, trademark right, patent right, portrait right, reputation right and privacy right;
Content carrying viruses, trojans, malicious programs or harmful computer codes that may compromise the security of the Platform and end-user devices;
Other inappropriate content violating public order and good morals or social ethics.
If the Creator breaches all representations and warranties set forth in Clause 2, the Platform may unilaterally remove or delete the violating Works and deduct point rewards without prior notice. Meanwhile, based on the severity of violations, the Platform may temporarily suspend the Creator’s service privileges or permanently ban the Creator’s account.
All legal liabilities and handling obligations arising from third-party complaints, civil disputes, administrative investigations and penalties triggered by the Creator’s upload of violating or infringing Works shall be borne solely by the Creator.
If the aforesaid violations cause economic losses to the Platform, its affiliates, partners and ordinary Platform users (including without limitation infringement compensation, settlement fees, attorney fees, litigation costs and notarization rights protection expenses), the Creator shall bear full compensation for all such losses. The Platform reserves the right to directly deduct corresponding compensation amounts from unsettled earnings in the Creator’s account. If the account balance is insufficient to cover all losses, the Platform retains all rights to recover outstanding amounts from the Creator through legal channels.
The original and complete copyright of the Works shall always remain vested in the Creator or legitimate original right holders; the Platform shall not acquire ownership of the Works.
By clicking to upload Works to the Platform, the Creator automatically grants Clarawall and its affiliated entities a perpetual license with the following terms: worldwide scope, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and the Platform is authorized to sublicense the Works to third parties.
Available monetization modes for Works shall be subject to real-time display on the Creator upload page; accessible earning types vary by account.
Free Download Mode Explanation: Ordinary users may download wallpapers free of charge, and the user download page will redirect to advertisement pages operated by the Platform’s cooperative advertisers.
Creator Point Earning Calculation Standard: The system automatically awards 10 Points for each valid global user download of a Creator’s Work. Point Conversion Rule: 100 Points = 1 Coin, and 1 Coin is equivalent to 0.1 US Dollars.

If the Creator commits any breach of contract, traffic manipulation or other violations stipulated under this Agreement, the Platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend all or partial Creator services unilaterally, or permanently terminate all account access privileges. After service suspension, account privilege restoration, review procedures and recovery timelines shall be solely determined by the Platform. Accounts permanently terminated due to severe violations cannot be reactivated or restored.
Regardless of the reason why a Creator ceases to use the Platform’s creator services, such account shall no longer upload or publish any new wallpaper works. However, the usage license granted to the Platform under Clause 4 for all Works previously uploaded and published by the Creator shall remain fully valid.
If any historical Works uploaded by the Creator involve infringement or violations, the Platform retains the right to pursue all liabilities for breach of contract against the Creator in accordance with Clause 3 even if the account has been deactivated or banned.
